Hi everyone: I need to log onto a web portall for work that deals with billing for developmentally disabled individuals.

I'm having a major problem. Since I don't have a user name or password that works, my boss gave me his. I can log on fine, but when I click on a link, nothing happens. When I press a left or right mouse button, I get a few more links none of which work. I'm sing Jaws 13. I've never had a problem with nivigating any of our databases before.

I tried enabling and disabling pop-up blocker, and add ons. I know my boss has full access to the site. Any ideas as to why this could be happening?

I need really specific tips here.

Also, how do I click on an object on a webpage. My boss directed me to click on an arrow to get to the right links, but the arrow isn't labeled, and. Any tips to navigating a webpage? Again, I need specific instructions. Thanks for any advice you might have.

BLW, my first thought would be try rooting jaws to PC in order to use the left mouse click. So, try this, tab until you hear the link you want, and activate jaws to pc by pressing insert and minus, then press the left mouse key twice quickly. Navigate back to pc by pressing the plus key. If you're using a laptop let me know as the steps would be slightly different.

Also remember that some websites although you hear links aren't accessible. You can try a links list view To turn it on press insert and F7 arrow to the link you want and try enter. If not do it again and use the tab key.
Next sometimes you get to the link and you hit the applications key and arrow down to open.
Last trick is to press shift and enter on the link.

Also if you post the website we can see if we have the same issue?

Also sometimes Firefox will work when IE doesn't on some pages. Try it!
